Two half days, one company under the microscope: yours. No lectures from the front, but hands-on work for managers who would rather rebuild their business themselves than have it rebuilt for them. Participants walk the entire agent journey, from being found through being understood and priced to being ordered from, and they do it live on their own company. Friday puts the findings on the wall, Saturday turns them into a plan. Bernd Zipper hosts together with AI expert Leon Mehlau.
